We carry products from multiple vendors across Canada, this means that your order could potentially be split across multiple shipments, as it could be coming from multiple locations

We all have a responsibility to reduce our carbon footprint. High return and exchange rates place a heavy burden on the environment. We encourage you to make thoughtful, careful decisions about your purchases, use the size guides provided, and feel free to reach out with any questions about the product.

Returns & Exchanges

We get it, sometimes it just doesn’t work out. We offer returns and exchanges on most items, but not all. Make sure to check the product page for any unique terms. All sale items are final. 

Unless the product has arrived damaged, customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping charges. 

To initiate a return or exchange: 

  1. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags fully attached. 
  2. Email us at melanie@fairlytraded.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange. If it is an exchange please indicate what you would like to exchange for. 
  3. We will send you the shipping address to return the item directly to the vendor. 
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and must provide a tracking number for the shipment within 3 days of receiving the return address details or the items will be sent back to you as final sale. After one exchange, sales are final.
  5. Once the item has been received by the vendor and confirmed to be in its original condition, you refund will be made in the form of the original payment.
