Salama Necklace

"Salama" means "safe" in Swahili. May these hand stamped necklaces of "love", "hope" and "mama" remind you of feelings of being safe, loved and cared for.

This dainty necklace is handcrafted in Kibera slums, Kenya. It's sweet pendant is hammered on one side, and stamped on the reverse with either the word "mama" or "love".  It is perfect for layering or wearing on it's own!

New - the word "Hope" has now also been added!

Our world changing fashion is all individually handcrafted, and therefore small imperfections, differences in shape, size and colour can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product - reminding us an actual person made this item just for you.
